Spain has many great coastal areas to consider relocating to. Let’s start at Costa Blanca.

Costa Blanca is an excellent choice for expats looking to relocate and purchase property in Spain due to its blend of affordability, stunning coastal scenery, and established expat communities. When I visited Malaga, Spain, I was so impressed by the area’s beauty, lifestyle, and welcoming atmosphere that I would love to go back and now highly recommend Spain to expats. Costa Blanca offers similar charms, with its lively cities like Alicante and peaceful coastal towns like Torrevieja and Altea. Property prices are more budget-friendly compared to other regions like the Costa del Sol, especially in smaller towns and inland areas. Additionally, the region’s accessibility via Alicante Airport, along with excellent healthcare, amenities, and outdoor activities, makes Costa Blanca an ideal destination for expats seeking a coastal, yet affordable, lifestyle.
